Richard Gay (field hockey)
Richard "Rick" Gay is a Welsh field hockey player.
He represented Wales in the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. He previously represented South Africa before switching affiliation to Wales in 2008.
He has played club hockey for Southgate and East Grinstead
He hit a lot of field wickets,
he used to cusp the balls very gently,
he once hit out a whole team,
Hes been known to be drenched in sweat before even entering the field.
