Randall Emmett
Randall Ives Emmett is an American film and television producer. He is the chairman and co-founder of production company Emmett/Furla/Oasis Films. He is best known as the producer of the films 2 Guns, Silence, and The Irishman.
Early life and education
Emmett was born to a Jewish family in Miami, Florida, and has a younger brother, Denis Forrester. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the School of Visual Arts in New York City.Career
In 1995, Emmett began his Hollywood career as a personal assistant to Mark Wahlberg. Later he met George Furla, with whom he co-founded Emmett/Furla Films in 1998. In 2013, the company was joined by Dubai-based film financier Oasis Ventures Entertainment to become Emmet Furla Oasis Films.Personal life
In 2009 Emmett married actress Ambyr Childers, with whom he had two daughters. Emmett filed for separation from Childers in April 2015, but dismissed the petition the following year. Childers filed for divorce in January 2017. It was finalized in December 2017.Emmett is engaged to Lala Kent from Vanderpump Rules.
