O'Leary Ridges


O'Leary Ridges is a three partly snow-covered ridges extending in a line NW-SE for about 5 nautical miles, situated 20 nautical miles southeast of Mount Bunt in the Prince Charles Mountains. Plotted from ANARE air photos taken in 1960. Named by Antarctic Names Committee of Australia for R.A. O'Leary, officer in charge at Wilkes Station in 1964.
