Characters

• Mikuri Moriyama The protagonist. A graduate student who was recently fired from her temporary job and was given the chance to become a housekeeper at Hiramasa's home. After learning that her parents were about to move to the countryside, she enters a contract marriage with Hiramasa.
• Hiramasa Tsuzaki The male lead. A salaryman who is one of the top workers in his company. He is thirty-six years old but still a virgin and calls himself a "professional bachelor". Enters a contract marriage with Mikuri and falls in love with her as time passes.
