Binibining Pilipinas 2009
Binibining Pilipinas 2009, is the 46th annual Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc., a beauty pageant in the Philippines. The grand coronation night took place on March 7 at the Araneta Coliseum, and was broadcast by GMA Network and GMA's international channel, GMA Pinoy TV. Only 23 ladies competed for the 3 major crowns due to the disqualification of one candidate.
The pageant was hosted by Paolo Bediones for the eleventh and final time and Iza Calzado together with the pageant's correspondent, Carlene Aguilar, a former Binibining Pilipinas-WORLD. With special guests, Aljur Abrenica, JC Tiuseco, Chris Cayzer, Dingdong Dantes and Philippine Military Academy Choir.
Patricia Fernandez, Bb. Pilipinas-International 2008, crowned Melody Gersbach as her successor to represent Philippines to the Miss International 2009 pageant in Macau, People's Republic of China. Jennifer Barrientos, Bb. Pilipinas-Universe 2008, relinquished her title to Bianca Manalo who will compete for the title of Miss Universe 2009 in Nassau, Bahamas on 23 August 2009, while Bb. Pilipinas-World Danielle Castano passed her crown on to Marie-Ann Umali, who will represent the country in the Miss World 2009 in Johannesburg, South Africa.

- Bb. Pilipinas International 2009, Melody Adelheid Gersbach competed at Miss International 2009 and placed in the Top 15. On August 21, 2010 Gersbach died in a car accident.
