Binibining Pilipinas 2007


Binibining Pilipinas 2007, was the 44th edition of the Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. beauty pageant. The coronation night took place on March 3 at the Araneta Coliseum and broadcast by GMA Network in the Philippines, and by GMA Pinoy TV internationally.
Initially 32 official candidates were chosen, a departure from the usual 24 candidates, but two of the candidates dropped out. As result, there were only 30 Candidates that competed.
The event was hosted by Paolo Bediones and Raymond Gutierrez and with 1999 Miss Universe First Runner-Up Miriam Quiambao as the color commentator. Binibining Pilipinas-UNIVERSE 2005 Gionna Cabrera was the pageant's backstage correspondent.
Lia Andrea Ramos, Bb. Pilipinas-UNIVERSE 2006, crowned Anna Theresa Licaros as her successor and Philippines' representative to the Miss Universe 2007 pageant. Anna Maris Igpit, Bb. Pilipinas-WORLD 2006, relinquished her title to Margaret Wilson, while Bb. Pilipinas-INTERNATIONAL 2006 Denille Lou Valmonte passed her crown on to Nadia Shami, who represented the country in Miss International 2007.
