Bad Schmiedeberg


Bad Schmiedeberg is a small town in Wittenberg district in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It lies within the Düben Heath Nature Park.

History

The town was first mentioned in 1206 as Smedeberg. In 1350, it was granted town rights.
