2006 Wales rugby union tour of Argentina


The 2006 Wales rugby union tour of Argentina was a series of matches played in June 2006 in Argentina by the Wales national rugby union team.
Wales was managed by new coach Gareth Jenkins, nominated a month before to replace Mike Ruddock.

First test

The first test was played in Puerto Madryn, where there is a community of Welsh descent which was originally part of the Welsh settlement in Argentina in the second half of the 19th century.
