Willowbrook Shopping Centre

Willowbrook Shopping Centre is a shopping mall that straddles the border between the City of Langley and Langley Township in British Columbia.
The shopping centre is located on Fraser Highway near the Langley Bypass. It is the largest shopping centre in Langley and lies directly across from the city limits of Surrey. Willowbrook has over 150 stores and services. Its anchor stores are Hudson's Bay, H&M, Toys "R" Us, and Sport Chek, with a vacant anchor space last occupied by Sears.
The shopping centre opened in 1979 and has undergone four expansions and renovations with the last one in 2007. As of January 2019, Willowbrook Shopping Centre has over and receives 6.9 million visitors each year.

Expansion

A major plan to expand the shopping centre was approved by the Township of Langley in mid-2016. Once completed it will give the shopping centre an additional of space as well as creating an outdoor, pedestrian shops and services area. The number of stores will increase from 150 to 200, as well as underground parking spaces with the current above ground parking serving as a footprint of the expansion of the shopping centre.

Transportation

Willowbrook is served by the 564, 320, 370, 501, 502, 503 and the 531 bus routes operated by TransLink, the transportation authority serving Metro Vancouver. TransLink plans to build Willowbrook Exchange, a future public transit exchange serving the shopping centre and the surrounding community.
The shopping centre can be accessed by the Fraser Highway and the Langley Bypass.
