The Williams Fork Formation is a Campanian geologic formation of the Mesaverde Group in Colorado. Dinosaur remains are among the fossils, most notably Pentaceratops sternbergii, that have been recovered from the formation, although none have yet been referred to a specific genus. Other fossils found in the formation are ammonites, Neosuchia, and the mammal Meniscoessus collomensis.
