Will Steacy Will Steacy is an American writer and photographer based in New York City . Before becoming a professional photographer, Steacy worked as a union laborer. He received his BFA from the Tisch School of the Arts , at New York University in 2003.Photographs Steacy's best known project, Down these Mean Streets, is a socially conscious series of photographs depicting life in rough urban areas.
