Western Institute of Technology at Taranaki
Western Institute of Technology at Taranaki is the largest tertiary education institution in the province of Taranaki, New Zealand.
The institute has two campuses around Taranaki; the main campus is situated in New Plymouth, and the other is located in Hawera. WITT is accredited by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority.
Since 2009, WITT has welcomed their highest number of students in more than a decade.
On 1 April 2020, WITT will be subsumed into New Zealand Institute of Skills & Technology alongside the 15 other Institutes of Technology and Polytechnics.WITT annually hosts an open day where students can look at the courses and ask the educators questions.
