WXNM-LP

WXNM-LP is a radio station broadcasting a religious format. Licensed to Erie, Pennsylvania, United States, the station is currently owned by Erie Christian Broadcasting, Inc. and features programming from Three Angels Broadcasting Network.
At the time WXNM-LP was launched, the 95.9 frequency was open in the Erie market. WLTM launched in 2017, with a signal based in Mina, New York that is supposed to cover the city of Erie if not for the existence of WXNM-LP. As a low-power station, WXNM-LP is not supposed to be allowed to cause co-channel interference to full-power station such as WLTM; to date, the FCC has not yet ordered WXNM-LP to find a new, compliant frequency.
