Vitaliy Kafanov
Vitaliy Kafanov is a Kazakhstani-Turkmenistani football coach and a former player. He is the senior coach in FC Rostov.Career
He began his career with Kolkozchi Ashkhabad, before spending one season with Uralmash Yekaterinburg in the Soviet First League and finishing his career with FC Kairat.
Kafanov made six appearances for the Kazakhstan national football team in 1992. He later appeared twice for the Turkmenistan national football team.
Following his playing career, Kafanov became a manager, most recently with FC Rubin Kazan.
