Victor Willard


Victor M. Willard was an American farmer from Waterford, Wisconsin who spent two years as a Free Soil Party member of the Wisconsin State Senate from the 17th District.
Willard was born in New York. He served as a delegate to the First Wisconsin Constitutional Convention. He was elected to the Senate in 1849, served two years, and was succeeded in the 1851 session by fellow Free Soiler Stephen O. Bennett.
Willard died of tuberculosis on December 10, 1869.
