Uncle Sam's Curse

Uncle Sam's Curse is the third studio album by American hip hop group Above the Law. It was released on July 12, 1994 and served as the last group's record on Ruthless Records before they were dropped from the label after the death of its founder Eazy-E. The album peaked at number 15 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and 113 on the Billboard 200. It is currently out of print and often sells used for $75 to $80 on auction sites. Uncle Sam's Curse sold over 250,000 copies.
Audio production on this album was handled by A.T.L.'s Cold 187um with co-producers KM.G and K-oss, as of Go Mack left the group after their Black Mafia Life album. The tracks "Return of the Real Shit" and "Black Superman" contain samples from the 1994 film Against the Wall.
