USC Upstate Spartans
The USC Upstate Spartans are the seventeen sports teams representing the University of South Carolina Upstate in Spartanburg, South Carolina in intercollegiate athletics. On November 15, 2017, it was announced that USC-Upstate would be leaving the Atlantic Sun Conference. The Spartans will join the Big South Conference effective July 1, 2018.
