Trey Kelley


Trey Kelley is an American politician and lawyer. He serves as the Republican Majority Whip of the Georgia House of Representatives from House District 16, covering much of Bartow, Haralson, and Polk Counties.
Kelley was first elected to the Georgia House of Representatives in 2012 after beating a Democratic incumbent.
Kelley is currently a part of an investigation of a homicide that resulted from a hit and run crash in Polk County, Georgia. Shortly after the incident, Kelley received a call from the driver of the vehicle, Ralph “Ryan” Dover III, whom he had seen earlier that day. Upon realizing there may have been a hit and run, Kelley contacted the local police chief's home phone number, as opposed to calling 911.
