Tom Michalopoulos


Tom Michalopoulos is a Canadian entrepreneur, businessman, and current president, and founder of Coffee Time.
Michalopoulos was a real-estate agent before he started Coffee Time a chain of coffee shops. He founded his first shop in 1982 in Bolton, Ontario. The company now operates 300 stores in Canada and has franchises in foreign countries.
He was also involved in developing soccer in Canada by founding and operating a club by the name of Toronto Olympians which played in the Canadian Professional Soccer League. He sold the Olympians to David Gee, but would continue sponsoring the team and the league.
