Career

In August 2007, Luzhanska and Chan Chin-wei reached the WTA doubles final at the Tier IV event in Nordea Nordic Light Open, losing to Spanish Anabel Medina Garrigues and Virginia Ruano Pascual, 1–6, 7–5, .
Luzhanska retired from tennis 2013.
