Tenkayedapadavu


Tenkayedapadavu is a panchayat village in the southern state of Karnataka, India. Administratively, it is under Mangalore taluk of Dakshina Kannada district in Karnataka. It is located at a distance of 26 km from Mangalore city. There are two villages in the gram panchayat, Tenkayedapadavu and Badagayedapadavu.
The village Tenka Yedapadav is the part of Yedapadavu..it is divide because for easy administration of village. The Post name 'shibrikere" which means shabari lake. In Yedapadav 2 temples also there 1) Shri Rama Mandira 2) Shri Adishakthi Durga parameshwari Temple
and also the 2 primary and secondary level schools are also located and one Pre-University college also located name is Swami Vivekananda Pre-University college Yedapadavu. In this village, Shri Krishna Janmastami & Ramanavami fest held in very special "Masaru Kuduke ustava" is held in very grand.
Yedapadav is the middle village for Ganjimatt and Moodbidiri and also kuppe Padavu.
