Tee Higgins


Tamaurice "Tee" Higgins is an American football wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League. He played college football at Clemson and was selected by the Bengals with the 33rd overall pick in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Early years

Higgins attended Oak Ridge High School in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and has one older sister. As a senior, he had 68 receptions for 1,044 yards and 18 touchdowns. A five star recruit, Higgins originally committed to the University of Tennessee to play college football before changing to Clemson University.
Higgins also played basketball in high school and was offered scholarships to play college basketball by numerous schools.

College career

As a freshman at Clemson in 2017, Higgins played in 13 games and had 17 receptions for 345 yards and two touchdowns. He entered his sophomore season in 2018 as a starter. In his Junior season, Higgins had 1,167 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns as his team went 14-1, making it all the way to the National Championship game, which Clemson lost to LSU. Higgins decided to forgo his final year of eligibility and declare for the 2020 NFL Draft.

Professional career

In the 2020 NFL Draft, Higgins was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the second round at pick 33.
