Tarte tropézienne

Tarte tropézienne, also known as "La Tarte de Saint-Tropez", is a dessert pastry consisting of a filled brioche. It was created in 1955 by Alexandre Micka, a pâtisserie owner in Saint-Tropez. The pastry was named by actress Brigitte Bardot while she was there filming And God Created Woman.
Micka's original pâtisserie still exists and is named "La Tarte Tropézienne".
