Steve Huison
Steve Huison is a British actor, mostly on television and in occasional films. He is best known as "Lomper" in the movie of 1997, The Full Monty.Personal life
Huison was born in Leeds, West Riding of Yorkshire, and now lives in Robin Hood's Bay. He trained at the Rose Bruford College in Sidcup, London.Career
Acting
On the large screen, he is best known for his role as Lomper, in The Full Monty. He also appeared in Ken Loach's film The Navigators. On the small screen, he has played character roles in such television series as Casualty, Where the Heart Is, Dinnerladies, Heartbeat, The Royle Family, Scott & Bailey, and the ITV post apocalyptic drama serial The Last Train.
In January 2008, Huison took the role of porter Norman Dunstan, in the daily hospital drama by ITV1, The Royal Today, a spin off of the popular Sunday night drama The Royal. From 2008 to 2011, Huison played Eddie Windass in Coronation Street. He briefly starred in the first season of the CBBC series 4 O'Clock Club, which began airing in January 2012. His role was taken over by Simon Lowe.Theatre company
