Sphenocichla
Sphenocichla is a genus of bird in the family Timaliidae. They are stout birds with strong legs. The bill appears pointed when viewed from the side but has a wedge shaped appearance when viewed from above. The rounded tail has twelve feathers and there are no rictal bristles.
