Shane Steichen
Shane Steichen is an American football coach who is the offensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Chargers of the National Football League. He has previously served as an assistant coach for the Cleveland Browns.Coaching career

In 2020, Steichen was promoted to full-time offensive coordinator.
