Seven Persons


Seven Persons is a hamlet in Alberta, Canada within Cypress County. It is located approximately southwest of Medicine Hat on Highway 3 and has an elevation of.
The hamlet is located in census division No. 1 and in the federal riding of Medicine Hat.

History

It was founded by Cyril Ogston in the 19th century. It was part of the great migration of Mormons leaving the United States in an attempt for religious freedom as the United States created laws that did not let them practice polygamy, a part of their religion at the time.
