Setana, Hokkaido Setana is a town located in Hiyama Subprefecture , Hokkaido, Japan .September 2016 , the town has an estimated population of 8,501, and a density of 13 persons per km². The total area is 638 .67 km².Geography Setana is located on the northern Hiyama Subprefecture and faces the Sea of Japan .
