Santa Rosa–Tagaytay Road


The Santa Rosa–Tagaytay Road, or Santa Rosa–Tagaytay Highway and Santa Rosa–Ulat–Tagaytay Road, is a, two-to-four lane, secondary highway traversing the provinces of Laguna and Cavite, Philippines. The road was constructed in the late 1990s.
It connects the city of Santa Rosa in Laguna and the city of Tagaytay in Cavite through the municipality of Silang in Cavite and also serves as an alternate route to Tagaytay from Manila via Sta. Rosa Exit of South Luzon Expressway. Its segment notably in Barangay Balibago, Santa Rosa is also known as Felix Reyes Street and Balibago Road.
The entire road is a component of National Route 420 of the Philippine highway network.
