GSOM employs 65 full-time faculty members and over 150 professors from other faculties of the university and international business schools, as well as leading management practitioners. They teach 1,122 students: 651 undergraduate, 251 graduate, 155 MBA, 65 at professional development programs.

Premises and facilities

GSOM is headquartered in Arthur B. Schultz building at 1-3 Volkhovsky Pereulok, which houses the administration, library, publishing house and all the post-graduate programs. Graduate programs are located in GSOM's first building at 16 Dekabristov Pereulok. In 2006, the school was given a former royal suburban estate Mikhailovka in Petergof to reconstruct it and create its campus. The long-neglected property was found in a very poor condition, and despite the federal funding of billions of rubles, it is still under development.
GSOM has some dormitory premises on Vasilievsky Island, close to the school buildings. However, this appears to be insufficient, and some students have to commute from the University dormitories in Petergof.
