Robert Tiffany Robert Tiffany OBE , Fellow of the Royal College of Nursing was a British nurse and Fellow of the Royal College of Nursing . He was a founding member of the International Society of Nurses in Cancer Care and initiated the Biannual International Cancer Nursing Conference.
