Revolutionary Communist Party (Chile)

Revolutionary Communist Party was a pro-China communist party in Chile founded in 1966. The founders of PCR belonged to ESPARTACO, a group that had been expelled from the Communist Party of Chile, and Revolutionary Communist Union, another splinter group of PCCh. PCR was led by Jorge Palacios and David Benquis.
PCR published El Pueblo and Causa Marxista-Leninista.
PCR dissolved in internal strife. One section would refound itself as the Communist Organization Recabarren in 1985.
