The age distribution was 12.9% under the age of 18, 5.7% from 18 to 24, 11.0% from 25 to 44, 34.0% from 45 to 64, and 36.4% 65 or older. The median age was 60 years. For every 100 females, there were 101.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 100.0 males. The median household income was $26,250, and the median family income was $32,500.
