Red Mountain High School


Red Mountain High School is a public high school in the eastern part of Mesa, Arizona. It opened in 1988 with Robert Free as the founding principal. In the 1994-95 and 1995-96 school years, it was honored as a Blue Ribbon school. RMHS received the 2014 A+ School Award under the direction of Dr. Gerald Slemmer, principal. Red Mountain High School has over 3,300 students enrolled as of the 2016–17 school year. It is a part of the Mesa Unified School District.
