Pre-Mediterranean Cup
At the beginning of June 1991, before the opening of the Mediterranean Games, the Pre-Mediterranean Cup was carried out in Georgios Kamaras Stadium
with the participation of the best-8 football clubs in Greece. However, Olympiacos CFP, Panathinaikos FC, PAOK FC, and Iraklis FC could not finally participate, as their players were tired because of the championship. At the final game, AEK Athens won OFI Crete 1-0.
