Pipera Airport
Bucharest Pipera Airfield was located in Pipera area, in the north area of Bucharest, Romania. At the moment the airport no longer exists. A small military base, which also hosts the Bucharest Aviation Museum, remains in the location where the airport used to be. A local police station is also located on the same grounds.History
It was built in the interwar period and dismantled in 1958. On 18 March 2006, on its former site the Aviation Museum of Bucharest was open.
