Paul Read (music producer)
Paul Read is a British recording engineer and music producer. He was a house engineer at Rockfield Studios and worked on recording sessions for Coldplay, Catatonia, Shack, The Mutton Birds and Paul Weller.
As a producer he has worked with Barker, New Electrics, Subterraneans and Marc Olivier.
Read is quoted in the book Rock Legends at Rockfield talking about recording sessions for the Coldplay album Parachutes and his time as an in-house engineer at Rockfield.
Paul Read is now Head of Department of Media and Music Technology at The Royal National College for the Blind in Hereford.
