Parkview Group

The Parkview Group is a private conglomerate holding company based in Hong Kong, with properties and businesses mainly in Asia and Europe. The group is best known for their Hong Kong Parkview residential complex in Hong Kong, and the Atlas Bar in Singapore.

History

The original Parkview Group came from Chyau Fwu, a construction company founded in the 1950s in Taiwan, and was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In 2012, COFCO Group, via their Hong Kong subsidiary, acquired 73.5% of the Hong Kong-listed Hong Kong Parkview group, as a part of COFCO's back-door listing process in Hong Kong. As a part of the deal, in 2013 COFCO group renamed the Parkview Group into COFCO Land Holdings, and sold back the Hong Kong properties in their portfolio to the now privately owned holding company Parkview Group, while injecting their own mainland assets into COFCO Land Holdings.
