Location

Pangpang is situated on the northwestern peninsula of the municipality. To the north it is bounded by Camotes Sea, to the east and south by Humayhumay and to the west the municipality of Trinidad It is from the town center, Poblacion.

History

Pangapang was once a sitio of Camambugan, before it became a separate barangay. The place name comes from the Visayan word pangpang which means valley or creek.
