Paarl Rocks is a franchise team of the South African Mzansi Super League Twenty20 cricket tournament founded in 2018. The team is based at Boland Park in Paarl. The coach is Adrian Birrell. The Paarl Rocks won the 2019 Mzansi Super League tournament.

The Paarl Rocks were crowned 2019 Mzansi Super League champions after Henry Davids struck the quickest half-century of the season to help them slay the Tshwane Spartans by eight wickets in the final at Boland Park.
