Oblivia (band)


Oblivia were an Australian band formed by Tony 'Juke' Jukic and Pete Banner. They were discovered by Harry Vanda who signed them to a publishing contract. They released one album, The Careless Ones, produced by Steve James. Their debut single "My Friend" peaked within the Australian top 40.
At the ARIA Music Awards of 2000, "My Friend" earned James an ARIA Award for Producer of the Year and ARIA Award for Engineer of the Year.
