Niko Ketskhoveli
Niko Ketskhoveli - writer and botanist from Russian Empire. He was born on January 7, 1898 in Tkviavi and died on December 26, 1982 in Tbilisi. He graduated from the Tbilisi State University. He was awarded the Javakhishvili Award, the Medal "For Valiant Labour in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945", the Honorary citizen of Tbilisi, the Order of the Badge of Honour, the Honoured Scientists of the Georgian SSR, the Order of Lenin, the Gogebashvili Award, the Shota Rustaveli State Prize, the Order of the Red Banner of Labour.
