Nicola Browne


Nicola Jane Browne is a retired New Zealand cricketer who played for the New Zealand in the women's one-day internationals and for the Northern Districts in the State League. She played in the 2005 and 2009 Women's Cricket World Cups, and was player of the series in the 2010 ICC Women's World Twenty20 tournament. Browne and Sarah Tsukigawa set the highest 7th wicket partnership in the history of Women's One Dayers. She also set the highest record 6th wicket partnership in the Women's World Cup history along with Sara McGlashan. In January 2015, Browne announced her retirement from all forms of cricket.
