New Line Learning Academy


New Line Learning Academy is a coeducational secondary school and sixth form with academy status, located in Loose in the English county of Kent.
The school converted to academy status on 1 September 2007 and was renamed New Line Learning Academy. The school is now sponsored by The Future Schools Trust, but it was previously a foundation school administered by Kent County Council. However New Line Learning Academy continues to coordinate with Kent County Council for admission of pupils.
New Line Learning Academy used to specialise in vocational studies until 2017. studies. The school operates the New Line Learning concept of education, and offers GCSEs and BTECs as programmes of study for pupils, while students in the sixth form have the option to study from a range of A Levels and further BTECs. Some sixth form courses are offered in conjunction with Cornwallis Academy.
New Line Learning Academy relocated to a new building in 2010, and facilities include the largest indoor sports hall in Kent. The sports hall and school playing fields are used as the home ground of the Maidstone Pumas, an American Football team currently playing in National Division South Central Conference of the BAFA National Leagues.
