History

Nagarro was founded in 1996.
In 2011, Nagarro was acquired by Allgeier SE, a Germany-based IT company.
In 2014, Softcon, an Allgeier company already a part of the Nagarro division, changed its name to Nagarro and integrated wholly.
In 2014, Hexa Business Services merged with Nagarro in Austria.
In 2016, Conduct AS, an Oslo-based consulting company, merged with Nagarro to become Nagarro in Norway.
In 2016, Nagarro acquired Silicon Valley-based mobile design and strategy company, Mokriya.
In 2018, Austria-based test automation company, Anecon joined Nagarro.
In 2019, Nagarro acquired Dubai-based Farabi Technology Middle East LLC and Solutions4Mobility LLC.
