Násedlovice


Násedlovice is a village and municipality in Hodonín District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of, and has a population of 825.
Násedlovice lies approximately north-west of Hodonín, south-east of Brno, and south-east of Prague.
The town experienced heavy fighting between Russian and German forces during the Second World War, due to the geographical strategic location.
During the Second World War, a large percentage of the men were removed from the village forcibly by occupying troops and extracted to forced labor camps, particularly to Dresden. For the purpose of removal of rubble and the civilian victims created by the air campaign of allied forces.
