Moideen Koya is an Indian media personality and marketing manager based in the UAE. He is currently serving as the Director of Media Relations for UAE Exchange, he is also an actor, writer, radio artist, television personality and an engineer.
Moideen Koya had been a programme producer and presenter at All India Radio, Kozhikode from childhood and continued doing so for 10 years. He was an artist at the All India Radio. He worked as a Service Engineer at Integrated Process Automation Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. After which, he worked with Malayala Manorama, at their office in Kozhikode as a Process Camera Operator. He also was a stringer for Malayala Manorama from 1980 to 1993. In 1993, he moved to the United Arab Emirates where he joined Ali Al Hashemi Trading Establishment as a Sales and Service Engineer during which he also worked as a freelancer for Radio Asia. He was the Programme Manager, Producer and Presenter at Umm Al Quwain Radio and the Programme Director and Presenter at Asianet Radio. Meanwhile, he wrote columns in magazines such as Chithram, Gulf Life and Sangeethika. Moideen Koya later founded Middle East Television where he was the Director General, Team-coordinator and Presenter. During this time, he also wrote columns on Gulf Line Magazine. He founded and acted as the editor-in-charge for the weekly newspaper called Arabia Cinema. Alongside, he also acted as a creative consultant for media companies like Talents Media, Right Choice Media, Future Media, East Coast Media, Lensman, etc. He also helped establish a gulf-band for Jeevan TV. From 2008 till present day, Moideen Koya had been working with UAE Exchange, currently holding the position of Director of Media Relations. He has also been the creative consultant for Olive Media Solutions.

Moideen Koya served as a Resident Editor for the magazine Sangeethika and the Editor-In-Charge for Arabia Weekly Newspaper, for which he also wrote a column called "Smrithi Tharakangal". He wrote columns like "Radioyil Paraythe Poyathu" in Gulf Line Magazine and "Akkare Akkare" in Chithram Film Weekly Magazine, the latter of which Koya served as a Resident Editor for. During his time at Malayala Manorama as a Camera Operator, he also served as a stringer and had also published poems, short stories and essays.

Moideen Koya was the Programme Director at Middle East Television & Jeevan TV. He received the President's Scout Award from the President of India. He received a Diploma from Darshana Cultural Centre, Kottayam. He has directed plays for youth festivals and competitions. He was the Secretary General & Founder of Chithram Readers & Family Club. He was the Founder President of Saikatha Sakhya Tharangini - the Ex-Leaders' Forum of Balajana Sakhyam and Founder Vice Chairman of Indian Media Forum, UAE. He served as the Chief Adviser for Atholi NRI Forum and was a Patron of Green Voice, Abu Dhabi. Koya is also an honorary member or NORKA appointed by the Kerala State Government.
