The 2010 United States Census reported that Millville had a population of 727. The population density was 88.5 people per square mile. The racial makeup of Millville was 673 White, 0 African American, 6 Native American, 6 Asian, 1 Pacific Islander, 22 from other races, and 19 from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 50 persons.
The Census reported that 727 people lived in households, 0 lived in non-institutionalized group quarters, and 0 were institutionalized.
There were 268 households, out of which 95 had children under the age of 18 living in them, 180 were opposite-sex married couples living together, 24 had a female householder with no husband present, 11 had a male householder with no wife present. There were 229 housing units at an average density of 27.7 per square mile. The racial makeup of the CDP was 95.41% White, 0.16% Native American, 1.15% Asian, 0.66% from other races, and 2.62% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.79% of the population.
There were 217 households out of which 34.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 75.6% were married couples living together, 5.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 16.1% were non-families. 12.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 4.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.81 and the average family size was 3.05.
