Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza


The Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza is a subcompact crossover SUV manufactured by Maruti Suzuki. It was unveiled at the 13th Auto Expo in 2016. It is the company's first attempt in the subcompact crossover segment and their fourth attempt in the SUV market after the Gypsy, Grand Vitara and SX4 S-Cross. The Brezza is the first Suzuki-branded car which was fully designed in India. It is based on the Maruti XA Alpha, a concept car first unveiled in 2012.

Engines

From 2016 to 2020, the Vitara Brezza is powered by a 1.3 L D13A four-cylinder turbodiesel engine which produces and of torque. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual or 5-speed automated manual transmission. The fuel economy is stated at.
Since 2020, the turbodiesel engine option has been replaced by a 1.5 L K15B four-cylinder petrol engine option which produces and of torque.
