Marcus Pedo Vergilianus

Marcus Pedo Vergilianus was a Roman senator of the second century. He was consul in the year 115 with Lucius Vipstanus Messalla as his colleague.
Vergilianus was killed early in his tenure by an earthquake in Antioch. The emperor Trajan, who was also in the city preparing for a campaign against the Parthians, barely missed being killed himself by the earthquake. Vergilianus was replaced by the suffect consul Titus Statilius Maximus Severus Hadrianus.
